This is a great product. I don’t ever have to worry about locking myself out of the house. I use the finger print feature to most! I will definatley purchase this product again.

This lock is much better than my 1st purchase of a different brand.
I like how easy it is to install and set-up. With having the able to sign multiple finger prints, It makes it easy for my family to get access rapidly!

After a lot of research. I went with this because it works over wifi (with hub) and has basically every option u can imagine. First time installing one of these and the instructions are mint. Very clear.

This smart lock had the main features I was looking for and additional features that are just nice to have. We purchased two of these locks and because each comes with two fobs, it's perfect for our family. It's nice to have multiple options as well so it's much less likely you'll be locked out.

If you have a deadbolt, you'll install the door handle on top and the deadbolt below because the keypad would block the deadbolt installation otherwise. Overall very simple to set up.

I ordered one of the fingerprint locks and a wifi gateway in order to test out the quality and configuration difficulty. After using kwikset keypads in the past, I really hoped someone would improve the user experience...and I'm happy to report that Sifely has done just that. The installation instructions were a great start...each step had its own packed of screws numbered for convenience...overkill maybe, but great. Then once I logged into the app, it continued to impress me be easily connecting to Bluetooth then all configuration is done thru the user friendly app. Anyhow, I plan to get several more locks now and recommend others to give this a try. The only down side I see is the flimsy strike plate...which I did use, but may replace with a sturdier one.

This lock was very easy to install and manage. I had bought another product, but it was hard to adjust the settings and manage the passcodes. I just bought four more Sifely for another apartment

I ordered this keypad door knob and it works great at my business! It makes it easy for each tenant to access their rooms and for admin to get in with no problem! Super easy to install also! I’ve ordered a total of 9 so far and will be ordering more!

It comes finger print, 2 e-card, 2 real keys, and lots of numeric passcodes to use. It’s certainly save you to bring the keys every time and make it advanced.
It’s easy to install the smart lock but make sure you follow the video instructions to get it done correctly. I bought another one for my garage entry side-door right after my first one. 4 pcs AA Battery should be good for couple months I guess but it’s very easy to replace them. Hopefully finger print can be more easily readable to grant the access.

This was super easy to set up. Honestly, I actually put off installing it because I was worried about how difficult it might be. Once I set it up, I was mad at myself for waiting because of how easy it actually was. My daughter thought the fingerprint Aspect of the door handle was so cool. The directions are super simple to follow.

This is one great lock. Batteries last a long time and so many options. Finger print, code, key fob, phone etc. if your looking for an interior lock with lots of options this is amazing.

It’s a great lock with the added security of fingerprint access. I appreciate that it includes a key as a backup in case you run out of battery or encounter any issues. The app is also fantastic—it shows you the battery level and lets you control various functions. Installation was a breeze. Overall, a smart and convenient choice!

We purchased this for our office since the bathrooms are in the hallway and people would always forget their keys and get locked out. This was a quick, price effective, way to resolve the problem. We now have it so that people can use their finger print or pin code to get into the door. Extra benefits are the entry log to check if someone had came in on a specific day. The fingerprint sensor can be a bit finiky, in terms of you really need to have it scan your prints in the same orientation that you did the original finger print inputs to it. We have everyone have a backup of a pin code in case they can't get it to work, but most people get it on their first try, if not second.

The install process is very easy. Basically remove the old knob, follow the instructions which are very clear and well labeled. I would think anyone that is remotely handy could easily do this, all you need really is a screw driver.

We don't have the wireless gateway, so can't speak to that, but could see it being useful if you wanted to manage/check the lock remotely.

Overall, very happy with it. Been several months and haven't had to change the batteries.

I recently bought my second one of these door locks for a different door to my house. I loved the features on the first one so much that when it was time to change the other door I immediately wanted this one. It’s super simple to set up. Install is no more difficult than any other door lock. The finger print, PIN code, and key card are all great ways to access your lock quickly. I prefer the finger print the most so I can open my door with my arms full. There is also a remote unlock feature and a guest passcode etc with in the app. This was a life saver for me a while back when we got stuck over night away from home unexpectedly. I was able to let my family members into my home remotely from my app so my dogs could be taken care of!! I would recommend this lock a hundred times over.

Bought this lock after my previous number pad log got jammed and we all got locked out of our house. Had to call Locksmith to get that locked removed - what a mess! But now that we have this lock, it is so much better. Easy to install, extremely well build and best part is you can access it via app. You can setup temp code for the guest so you wont have to give your code or master code to anyone else. Each member of the family has their own code so we can track who entered the house at what time! It also locks itself after opening and closing the door. So, you know you won't ever forget to lock the house when you go out or at night before the bed time! The area where you insert the key to open it manually it is hidden so other won't know. Lock looks so slick and got a few compliments from neighbors and friends that our lock looks and seems super awesome! I am sure there are other brand and much better locks are out there, but this does the job and does it extremely well. Would I recommend this lock for others, absolutely YES!

At last a product that eliminates the need for front door keys. An issue did arise with the handle that Sifely Support Team promptly sorted for me with little fuss. Delighted with the quality of the lock and ease of use.

We got this door locked and it really works well. It does have a problem reading your fingerprints if your hands are wet or it’s very sunny. It was also a little annoying on Fourth of July when we had so many people wanting to come in and out because it was hard to get the door to stay unlocked.

I never have to carry keys anymore! It’s such a freedom I’ve never known. The set up and installation was quite easy. This product pays for itself, you’ll never have to pay for a locksmith again or get lost keys cut. It’s a great quality if life improvement for sure.

The fingerprint reader works 95% of the time, I’d say the 5% it doesn’t work is completely my fault for not placing my finger correctly or if it’s a bit dirty.

Easy to install if there is no other installed, since it is easy to make new holes and all perfect house, but as you have another lock already installed on the door and want to assemble this one, you will have a good time adjusting and modifying screws, etc., for the moment it works perfectly, Does what the description says, in fingerprint mode, if you are from perfect office, but I who am mechanical and my fingerprint leads bad life, rare see can read it and open the door to me, beautiful design and gives the hit quite well, in short, it works, let's see how long it lasts.

It seems to work well, hopefully it lasts a long time, the passwords it generates can be made temporary, single-use and permanent. I'm just worried it won't work by being on the outside.

Installation went fine, although I think the steps could be clearer. E.g what all the spare screws etc are for, where to find the right orientation for installing the batteries. Installation was fine but I had to drill two extra holes. This was my old door handle, not Simpled issue.
Everything works fine, no issues with fingerprint use. Very solid and well made. App is useful and free, with no annual subscriptions etc.
Everyone races to the door now to be the one to open it. Feels weird leaving the house with no keys! Overall, very impressed with the product and its usability but the installation instructions would benefit from a slight tweak.

Fantastic product, a couple of installation problems down to the mechanism in the upvc door. Overcome very easily. The biggest problem is the batteries go in the wrong way around!! So the + goes on the spring and not the minus!!! There are no markings on the battery case or cover and I didn't see it in the installation manual.
Once the app is downloaded and registered its as easy as 123 to operate and change things. Don't buy the Yale lock as it's rubbish compared to this lock!!! Buy BRITISH

Took my partner around 45 minutes to install and he said it was a breeze. The instructions weren't brilliant but most of it was intuitive once he got started so not really a complaint from us although he is very DIY minded. Once installed the setup via the app was incredibly easy and I had a passcode generated and functioning in less than 5 minutes. I am writing this on day one so can't vouch for longevity but so far so good. For the price we can't fault it.

We bought this to replace my Yale smart lock of similar design. That was absolutely pants. It lasted 7-10 months before it broke. This one, battery lasts months! And it works so so much better! Omg negative is the keypad doesn’t really work in extreme heat or cold. But as long as you have your phone or a fob your sound!!

really good, dont have to worry about kids not locking door when they go to school, get alerts when they get home and unlock the door, fingerprint scanner can be a bit hit and miss especially in the wet

This lock was installed at our AirBnB.

It replaced the existing Connexis 2 which was insecure by design - no auto-lock and had to be removed.

The most important feature of Simpled is the Auto-Lock - this means that it provides basic locking capability on the closure of the door. A guest can not leave the property open by accident. More secure Multi-point locking is still achieved by the lifting of the handle.

The door exiting is easy too - it unlocks immediately from the inside when the handle is pushed down - vital for escape in a fire scenario.

Fitting is very easy - much easier than the Connexis 2 & fits more doors.

The fingerprint detection was unreliable on our Simpled, but since we only need a numeric passcode which is excellent, it satisfies our requirements. Mobile app - eKey, pendants - works very well too.

There are lots of 'how to' videos so you can not go wrong.

Great quality and just does the job the well! Being keyless is strange walking away from your house without a key.is sonething I need to get used to but I wish i had done it earlier!

Should have done this upgrade to my door a long time ago, keyless access to me and rest of family without a great deal of expense, and easy to install with a number options to access entry, will be buying another one and recommending to friends and family ?

Great product with loads of features. Easy to install if you got a bit of diy skill otherwise you might struggle a bit depending on door configuration. Easy to follow steps to install though. It's fully waterproof even after heavy rains. Love it so far. Got it on the main door too and so far it is spot on after a week of usage

This security lock has so many options to access your premises. Phone/fingerprint/fob/key/code, plus lots of other features. Especially for when you want to allow friends/neighbours access to your property remotely for one-off access. Egress is also easy. Just open from the inside, and close the door behind you. The door is automatically locked, whether the door is just closed or, in the case of composite doors, double latched. In my case, the composite door was not an exact fit for the lock, but slight modifications to the door was easy, using a battery drill and cone-cutter. Programming was easy. I downloaded the app and programmed the lock straight out of the box on the dining room table. I then installed the lock, inserted the batteries, and Bob's your uncle. Very impressed. I am now standing in the garden, unable to get in. Just kidding lol.

Got this for my daughter as she just bought her first home is easy to set up woks great.
If your looking for a smart door lock look no further it does exactly what it says and very well.
Would recommend to anyone with basic diy skills.

If you’ve some DIY skills it’s is easy to install. I struggled due to a new hole to be drilled and I really don’t want to get messed up with my main door. so I arranged a professional to drill a hole and he did the whole job in 20mins. All the accessories and services comes with a charge. I had Yale conexis L1, and I fit it myself, but the app and operation was rather too complicated and not user friendly. Compared to Conexis L1 simpled is a brilliant kit and user friendly. It even paired up with my Yale conexis magnetic key cards.I knocked down one star due to the inefficiency of child and pet safety.
