I was skeptical that the camera and monitor would actually be as good as it is. But after replacing the infant optic 3 times, I wasn’t willing to give them more money. I’m very pleased that I don’t have to charge it often, it’s got a great range, and I haven’t had issues so far.

This is cheap and basic but actually works and works well! The visual isn’t as good as our fancy one but guess what… this one actually stays connected! The wifi fancy one was constantly disconnecting and almost gave me a heart attack the first week our girl was in her own room. Got this originally for the babysitter but ended up using it pretty much exclusively.

It’s also so easy to set up, so we use it while traveling too!

We’ve used Hello Baby baby monitors for 3 years now. When we accidentally damaged the parent unit, we ordered a new monitor and camera hoping that would fix our issue and give us an extra camera. However, our original cameras will not pair with the new parent unit. We saw online that is a common issue people are having. We reached out via email to Hello Baby directly and they responded within a day. They’ve upgraded their systems so the two separate set ups we have aren’t able to be used together. They sent us a whole new set up that pairs with the camera and monitor we just bought, for free! We’re very happy with the outcome and to be able to continue to use these baby monitors!

Love this monitor! The larger screen was a must for me and this one is perfectly sized. My only issue was it stopped charging for some reason a few months after purchasing. I would’ve given it 3 stars but the company was so easy easy to work with and shipped me a new one quickly, so 5 stars it is. I really appreciated that! Haven’t used the second camera yet but will be doing so soon.

Works great and allowed us to upgrade to two camera's once we had our second child. We love that fact that it can rotate on a timer between cameras. The battery in the monitor died a few years later and the company without question send us a new one for free.

I love that this monitor works without wifi. The camera works well and you have the option if attaching it to the wall or placing it on a shelf. We have two of these for our kids and are very pleased with how well they have held up. The company has excellent customer service and was very responsive in helping us to troubleshoot our issues.

This camera system is amazing. The display screen is very large and I love the night vision ability. It was super simple to set up and doesn't interfere with any other technology in the house. I just recently learned that you can add cameras to this unit so I plan to buy more or the additional bedroom. My only complaint is that the camera unit makes a light buzzing sound in my child's room when moving the camera to see her and this scares her tremendously. Hopefully she gets used to it and maybe this is an isolated issue but I love this system.

We received the previous model of this camera as a baby shower gift. We absolutely loved the camera, the ability to move the camera to look at the surrounding areas, the ability to talk through it, ability to increase/decrease volume, and not needing an app nor wifi in order to use it. The previous model broke so we contacted the company and they are sending us a replacement. They have been extremely helpful and we're quick to respond. Absolutely love this camera and monitor!

Great picture quality. Great range even works from my living room 500ft into my red iron shop. The only thing I would change about it is the auto color to night vision. Some times the camera will catch a shadow and go into night vision when color would work just fine. But even in black and white the picture is great. Better than my security cameras.

I don't need a smart phone or an app to download and register for it to work. No data is recorded nor stored somewhere online. No need to worry about hackers. I don't need internet to use this practical device. You can take the portable monitor anywhere around the house or outside (say working in the garden or garage) and see and hear everything. It is a great tool. We bought a second one for our grandparents.

It's easy to set up, user friendly, clear picture, and a large screen to see your BB. Battery is great and its capabilities with stands or attachments is nice. If you see it on sale - go for it!

We love the Hello Baby Monitor and Camera! We've been using it for almost two years now! The video feed is clear, and the sound quality is excellent. The range is great, allowing us to move around our home without losing connection. The monitor is easy to set up and operate, with intuitive controls and a long-lasting battery. We especially appreciate the temperature monitoring feature and the ability to talk to our baby through the monitor. It’s given us so much peace of mind, and we feel confident knowing we can always keep an eye on our little one. We recommend it to all parents (in fact, my sister got the same one)!

Can’t believe how nice this is for the affordable price. The night vision works great, audio is nice and loud, range is really good, it swivels almost entirely around (which is great if you put the baby down in multiple areas, or have a moving toddler), I love that it tells the room temperature, and the video quality is good.

The biggest downside is battery life, but it lasts a couple days, and can be used while plugged in so it’s hardly an inconvenience. We don’t use the music feature because it makes it SO loud coming through the monitor, obviously, but that wasn’t a feature we cared about anyways.

I got this monitor and cameras 4 months ago or so… as soon as I plugged it in I was obsessed! The screen is so clear and it’s easy to use. My 1 year old got ahold of it for a quick second and he dropped it. It immediately stopped working…. I emailed Hellobaby and they were very quick to respond providing me different things I can do to help resolve my issue. They were great on helping me. Definitely recommend this product and the company!

I wanted a monitor that didn't use wifi for safety purposes. This one fit the bill. It has great quality both sound and video. The pan tilt and zoom are a great feature that let me see every inch of the room without having to walk in. The two way audio is very clear. The screen size is also perfect and the battery life is long! I really couldn't ask for more out of a baby monitor !!!

We have loved this baby monitor. The video is clear, the movement of the camera allows you to track rolling babies/toddlers, the 2x zoom allows you to see smaller details. We specifically ended up with this one because we wanted the monitor via Bluetooth rather than WiFi. It works great, easy to pack up for travel, battery time is good. We have used it for nearly 2 years and have really liked it - as we begin preparing for a second little one, we will be getting a second camera and they hook up to the same monitor which makes it that much easier to monitor 2 littles!

I have been a HelloBaby customer for years. I purchased for myself, friends and recommend it to any person I talk to that is in need of a baby monitor. This is the first time I ordered this new upgraded, bigger monitor and I love it so much already.
My sister is expecting and this baby monitor is definitely what I am getting for her.
