My husband is a very very loud snorer. These don't stop the snoring all together but they do open up his airways enough that it isn't that loud and I can sleep.

Just do it. If you’re contemplating it, know it’s worth it. Crunched my nose when I was little. Left me with a ton of issues. After a night of wearing one, I actually felt much more clearheaded in the morning! I finally knew why everyone said taking deep breaths through your nose was so relaxing…well, turns out they were right. Buy it.

I have a mild deviated septum and nose strips never worked for me. This does work for me. On the first day I could already tell the difference. The price is expensive so it is not a long term solution. The hardest part is figuring out where exactly to put the patch. Besides that it’s easy and effective.

I use a CPAP with the nasal pillows, but have still have trouble breathing and still snore because I have a deviated septum. I bought the Intake kit to use along with my CPAP, and it helped tremendously! Best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time!

Received them today, couldn't put them on fast enough. Easy to use with instant results. I was raving to my gf washing ber face to put the pads on herself. ?, was her reaction lol. Worth every penny. Will buy more replacement pads for continued use asap.

I love this product! I was struggling with snoring and probably some sleep apnea that would wake me up throughout the night. These are so easy to put on, and you notice an immediate difference in how easy it is to breathe through your nose. I am sleeping better every night, my overnight SPO2 is much more consistent and I don’t wake up with a sore throat from mouth breathing anymore. My Oura sleep score improved the first night I started using this and I feel much more rested than I used to. 10/10 reccommend!

I have struggled with a deviated septum. I have used breathe right strips for the last three years of my life and since using intake, I’ve had the best sleep in years!

I’ve had two sinus surgeries with a nasal valve collapse repair, but my tiny nose still struggles to breathe, especially at night. After seeing an Instagram ad, I decided to try this magnetic nose strip. OMG, it freaking works! As soon as I put it on, it’s like my nose got a magical upgrade. Seriously, if it didn’t look so goofy, I’d wear it all day.

Did I mention I have a nose ring? Yep, still works like a charm! It stays on while I sleep, and I’ve never felt so rested. I used to wake myself up snoring (yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds), but not anymore.

I use the smallest strip that came in the package. It fits perfectly. The only thing I don’t like is that I can see the strip in my field of vision, but since I won’t use this for anything other than sleep that’s ok with me.

I kept getting ads for this product and I will say I was very interested right away because I am an avid nose breather however, when I run, I resort to mouth breathing. My nose is not straight and I do not have 100% air capacity on both side

First things first, I love how it comes with multiple sizes to choose from. I chose the smallest size and the stickers applied correctly are really on there. After a while, I don't even know that I'm wearing it. I go everywhere with it. I don't care what I look like to people. It doesn't budge at all and it's hot outside. When I take it off I can feel how wet the stickers are but they didn't slide off.

It's cheaper and safer than an actual Nose job. Everyone wants a tiny cute nose. I want a wide a** nose So I can breathe lol

I’ve tried snoring products for years and haven’t hesitated to try the cheapest and most expensive. I was literally researching surgery just so I could sleep in the same room as my wife. I ordered this skeptical because I really thought my snoring was more mouth based than nasal. I was wrong!

I used this and immediately was back in bed with my wife. I record my snoring and track results with the Snore Lab app so I can know for sure. I’m posting the results. Keep in mind that to get these results I use one device that cost me $5 that suctions my tongue forward and makes me not mouth breath. That did help a fair amount, but using the Intake device with the tongue piece got me the ultimate results.

I have been using Intake for over 2 years, and I truly cannot exercise without it!
