Could use a little longer stick out on the flange they the heating duct slips over. Took some fiddling around, but made it work with a zip tie.
I will probably buy another for my cabin.
I’m updating my review because their response has been fantastic. I haven’t received the replacement yet, but I’m hopeful this new one will work perfectly. Mistakes happen, and it’s how a company handles them that matters.
I’ll update again once I’ve tested the new heater, but I’m optimistic and appreciate their efforts to make things right.
