This is the best investment in myself I've ever made. Everything is top notch. From non toxic material to how easy it is to use. No hesitation needed just get it!

This is a great value compared to comparable products that offer the same benefit. While it is described as portable, and it is, it’s rather bulky. So bulky that it would be an overhead carryon item on a flight. While it provided all of the benefits of a sauna, you will not burn nearly as many calories as estimated. It is easy to clean and store. It does not have a spot to remove just your hands. You have keep your whole arm out if you want to read or use your phone.

This has been my favorite purchase in a long time. I love saunas but gyms can be expensive and time consuming. I love being able to set this up super easily and watch my shows while I sweat TON. It gets so hot but doesn’t burn. So easy to lay on the couch or bed without affecting the furniture.

It helped significantly to put this on a foldup foam mattress I bought specifially for this. I can't use it on my memory foam bed as it says not to. But since swtiching from the floor to the foam matress (I've also started throwing a blanket on top) it gets hot as hell and I amd sweating hard around 15 minutes. Don't believe the nay-sayers.

This is great. This is a lot cheaper way to get the sauna effect without the larger sit inside version. It does require a longer time inside the blanket that the sit inside versions.

I don’t normally relieve reviews but I must say that this is a very good quality product. I have been using it for the past three weeks and it does the job very well. If you’re looking for something very easy to put away and clean up and want to do sauna therapy regularly, this is a good product for you.

Ideally we'd get one of those backyard saunas but that's crazy money to get hot.

This sauna blanket really works, my wife and I dig it. I'd say def. warm up and experiment using the wrap and with different clothing to see what works for you.

We liked it better on our bed vs the floor and found putting a weighted blanket. on it made it really effective to get a sweat going.

In a word - awesome! This sauna blanket heats up quickly and gets me sweating quickly too. It is such a relaxing experience. It is very easy to get in and out of and is very easy to use. It has really helped for my various hip and back problems and I feel amazing afterwards. I wish I had purchased this sooner! Thank you lifepro for this fabulous sauna blanket!
